Kawana Private Hospital has four operating theatres, six first-stage recovery beds, nine second-stage recovery recliners, and twelve hospital beds, including two high dependency beds and three sleep study beds.

Our patients' recovery receives our highest priority. Patients are cared for in a safe and well maintained environment, and we ensure that there is a high nurse-to-patient ratio. Our modern surgical facility also includes a ward for patients who require a longer stay to recover. We ensure best practice standards through continuous improvement and regular staff education.

As a non-corporate hospital we have the flexibility to provide individual care and service to suit the various needs of each patient and carer to their circumstance. We also believe this can be achieved through dedicated staff who are also well cared for and enjoy their working environment.
