Annie (Clinical Manager) and Jennifer (General Manager) have been working regularly to develop the Kawana Private Hospital commitment to the nursing and administration staff. This involves looking at remuneration and the work environment in a fresh and new perspective. We are keen to create a dynamic place which is flexible and satisfying. By providing the staff with the best we know our patients will receive the best.

Kawana Private Hospital has been designed and manages the surgical environment to promote the most optimal outcome for patients. This includes providing the surgeons with choices of operating sessions with highly experienced scrub teams. Our staff are our staff, we don't employ agency staff anywhere in the hospital and we maintain a stable regular team for your session as well as post operatively. The theatre environment is well maintained with modern equipment and all theatres have natural light. The Sunshine Coast University Hospital is due for development just down the road highlighting the area we are in as the health centre of the Sunshine Coast.
